New Holstein Pavilion Capital Campaign Project

Anyone who has attended the NH Flyin has experienced the impact of thunderstorms, howling winds and horizontal rainfall that can wreak havoc on not only the aircraft, but also contents of the Pavilion.  In the early years, tarps were purchased and suspended on two sides of the pavilion to protect items and people who are in the Pavilion when the storms hit.  Despite best efforts to roll down those tarps when storms are eminent, we often had substantial moisture drench the contents of the structure.  Additionally, the tarps have endured years of wear and tear, and we have decided to pursue acquisition and installation of “roll down” doors on two sides of the Pavilion.

Through the years, we have sought to actively not only improve the facilities of the airport to not only enhance the New Holstein experience, but improve the airport as a whole. Some of our larger improvement projects include the erection of the current pavilion, but the improvement and installation of the current shower facilities at the FBO.

The cost of this latest project is approximately $10,000 and should be completed in the spring of 2024. If you would like to contribute to this project, please click on the donation tab below!
